RETURNS

Have confidence in ordering with CampersNiche.com. If you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a full refund (less shipping costs) within 30 days of receiving the order. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions. Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges.

Please note, we do not refund shipping cost.

 

WARRANTIES

All items with warranties are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty, either expressed or implied, is offered by Dajamore and Associates. Campers Niche is not responsible for normal wear and tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or, if requested, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Campers Niche. Shipping charges will apply.

CampersNiche.com ships only to the contiguous 48 states, Alaska and Hawaii.

TAXES

Campers Niche does not charge sales tax to residents outside of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania!  Pennsylvania residents will be charged 6% state and 1% local tax if the purchaser is located in Philadelphia or Allegheny County.

BACKORDERS

In the rare instance that an item is on backorder, we will notify you within 48 hours and find the best resolution for your order. 

CANCELLATIONS

Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email support@campersniche.com to cancel an order.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event that a CampersNiche.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or to cancel any orders placed for that product,  whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. In the unlikely event that your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, CampersNiche.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the disallowed order.
